Fáilte Romhat

Inspired by the wild coastlines, wildlife, and flora of County Kerry, harnessing the health and healing properties of plants in my products and herbal remedies.

About Me

My name is Sarah O’Neill. I’m a qualified clinical herbalist and the founder of Danu Herbalist.

My work is rooted in a deep respect for plants, people and place. Living in County Kerry, I’m constantly inspired by the wild Atlantic coastline, the changing seasons and the rich plant life that grows all around us.

Many of the remedies I make draw on Irish plants such as plantain, dandelion, gorse, comfrey and bladderwrack, plants that have long been valued in traditional herbal practice for their nourishing and restorative qualities.

Consultations & Workshops

Herbal Consultations: Herbal consultations are one-to-one sessions where we take time to explore your health in a holistic way. We’ll discuss your current concerns, health history and lifestyle so I can understand the wider picture of your wellbeing.

Following the consultation, you’ll receive a personalised herbal, dietary and lifestyle plan tailored to your needs. This may include herbal tinctures, teas and simple changes to daily habits to gently support the body’s natural balance.

Consultations can be booked directly through the website.

Workshops and Events: I run pop-up herbal medicine workshops inspired by the Celtic calendar and our deep-rooted traditions. These hands-on sessions explore seasonal plants and simple remedies, guiding you through the making of salves, oils and other herbal preparations. They’re a lovely way to learn practical skills, build your own herbal first-aid kit, and deepen your connection with the plants and landscapes around us.

Workshops and events are announced on my Instagram page and by email.
