The perfume oil was inspired by Macha, one of the fiercest goddesses of ancient Ireland.

A member of the Tuatha Dé Danann, and in possession of powerful magic, Macha was a sovereignty goddess associated with the land, battle, kingship, horses, crows and fertility. Combining the heady sweetness of honeysuckle, bluebell and wet grass, and counterbalanced by the earthy and woody scents of oakmoss and sandalwood, the blend is evocative of Irish woodlands and hedgerows.
